Privacy Policy.

We keep it simple: we collect only what we need, we never sell your data, and we're always reachable if you have questions or requests.

The short version.

If you don't read anything else, read this. The sections below have the full detail.

We don't sell your data

Your information is never sold, rented, or traded. We use it only to respond to you and improve how we work — nothing else.

Minimal collection

We only collect what you actively send us — a name, email, and message via our contact form. No tracking pixels. No invasive analytics.

You're in control

You can ask us what we hold, request a correction, or ask us to delete it entirely. Email us and we'll handle it promptly, no fuss.

Collection

What we collect

PixelWeave collects personal information only when you voluntarily provide it — for example, when you submit our contact form, apply for a free website through our event page, or send us an email directly.

The information we may collect includes:

  • Name — so we know who we're speaking with.
  • Email address — to reply to your enquiry or application.
  • Message content — whatever you write in a contact or application form.
  • Business or project details — if you include them in your submission to help us understand your needs.

We do not use cookies for tracking, install analytics scripts, or collect data automatically as you browse. No behavioural profiles. No fingerprinting.

Usage

How we use your information

The information you share with us is used only for the purpose you shared it. We do not use personal data for marketing without explicit permission, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

  • To respond to contact form enquiries — including project discussions, questions about our services, and general correspondence.
  • To process event applications — if you apply through our free website event, we use your submission to review and build your site.
  • To deliver the service you requested — sharing the live website link, following up on deliverables, or answering questions about your project.
  • To improve how we work — in an aggregated, non-identifiable sense only.

We will never email you unsolicited newsletters or add you to a mailing list without your consent. If you've been in contact with us about a project, we may follow up on that project — but that's the extent of it.

Third Parties

Services we rely on.

Our site loads a small number of external services to function. Here's exactly what they are, what they do, and where their own privacy policies live.

Hostinger PHP mail Form delivery

When you submit our contact form, your name, email, subject, and message are sent to our inbox through the PHP endpoint hosted on Hostinger. We use the submitted information only to respond to your enquiry.

Hostinger Privacy Policy ↗

Google Fonts Typography

We load two typefaces — Inter and Cormorant Garamond — from Google Fonts. This means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when you visit the site, which may involve your IP address being sent to Google.

Google Privacy Policy ↗

Hostinger Hosting

This site is hosted on Hostinger. Hostinger may collect standard server-level data such as IP addresses, request timestamps, and bandwidth usage as part of its infrastructure. This is standard for any web host.

Hostinger Privacy Policy ↗

GSAP / Lenis Animation

We load the GSAP animation library from Cloudflare's CDN (cdnjs.cloudflare.com) and Lenis smooth-scroll from jsDelivr. These are code libraries only — they do not collect personal data or track users.

Cookies

Cookies & local storage

PixelWeave does not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics purposes. We do not set any first-party cookies when you browse this site.

The one exception: if you dismiss the event announcement strip at the top of our pages, we store a single flag in your browser's sessionStorage to remember your preference for the duration of your current browser session. This data is never sent to any server — it lives only in your browser and is automatically cleared when you close the tab or window.

Third-party services we load (Google Fonts and external CDNs) may set their own cookies or use similar technologies. Their respective privacy policies cover this — links are in the section above.

Retention

How long we keep it

We retain contact and enquiry data only for as long as it is necessary to respond to you, complete your project, or meet any reasonable legal or business requirement. In practice, this means:

  • Contact form submissions — kept in our inbox for the duration of the conversation, then archived or deleted within 12 months of the last exchange.
  • Event applications — retained while the project is active, then deleted or anonymised once the work is delivered and any follow-up is complete.
  • Client project files — held for as long as the engagement is live. We may keep anonymised references (e.g. screenshots for a portfolio) indefinitely, but never data that identifies you personally unless you've agreed to a case study.

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us — see the contact section below.

Your Rights

What you can ask of us.

If you're based in the EU, UK, or anywhere else with modern data-protection legislation, the following rights apply to your personal data. We honour all of them regardless of where you are.

Right to access

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe with a clear summary.

Right to rectification

If any information we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you can ask us to correct it and we will.

Right to erasure

You can ask us to delete your personal data. Unless there's a legal reason we must retain it, we will action this promptly.

Right to object

You can object to us processing your data for any purpose. We will stop unless we have a compelling and legitimate reason to continue.

Right to portability

You can request a copy of your data in a portable, machine-readable format so you can take it elsewhere if needed.

Right to restriction

You can ask us to pause processing your data — for example while a correction is being verified — without requiring deletion.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@pixelweave.tech with a brief description of your request. We do not require you to fill out a formal form, and we will never charge a fee for reasonable requests. We aim to respond within 14 days.

Children

Under-18 visitors

PixelWeave's services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal data to us through our contact form or event application, please get in touch and we will remove it promptly.

Updates

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, when we introduce new services or features that affect how we handle data. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

We won't bury significant changes in small print. If we make a material change to how we handle your personal data, we'll note it clearly here and, where appropriate, reach out directly to anyone it affects.

Continuing to use PixelWeave's site or services after an update is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. If you disagree with any changes, you're welcome to contact us before continuing.
